$50 Rebate Card Offer To qualify for this offer, you must be a new subscriber ordering the America’s Top 120 with Local channels or above through ACN/DISH Network Satellite Center. All service must be ordered through the advertised promotional period. Be sure to make two copies of the rebate form.
